I really enjoyed how the hotel looked, well-maintained and beautiful place. My bed was extremely comfy and the room was large with balconies. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a plus. The atmosphere created was special. Location: the venue was not far from Da Nang, and river front. It also was in the centre. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious.

Hilarious receptionist: When we entered, one check-in mishap happened with my friend's passport. The receptionist charmingly reminded us of Mr. Bean's passport mishap. We couldn't help but laugh, making it a memorable check-in experience.

The place was clean, the staff was friendly, we were upgraded to an apartment with balconies, a comfortable bed, and it had a good location next to Tien Son Bridge.

The rooms at Ex Da Nang Luxury are super cozy and comfortable, perfect for a weary traveler like me. I loved the laptop-friendly workspace and the free WiFi – made catching up on work a breeze. The air-conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver, especially in the hot Da Nang weather. And the view of the river from the room was just incredible, added a touch of serenity to my stay. The private bathroom was well-equipped with a shower and free toiletries, making me feel right at home. And having a minibar in the room was a nice little bonus.

While everything was great, the kitchen with a stovetop in the selected rooms was something I didn't really use. But hey, that's just my personal preference, someone else might find it useful.

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the bidet in the bathroom. It's just not something I'm used to, but I know some people might appreciate it.
